Because of the limited capacity of the conference hall, regrettably we do NOT accept on-site registration for Nov. 12 & 13. For the rest (Nov. 14 & 15), on-site registration is possible, but please understand the following:

  • On-site registration is possible for Nov. 14 & 15 only.
  • Registration fee: 3000 JPY (professional researchers, cash only). Waived for students.
  • We cannot guarantee that we can give you a program book and other materials.

Important dates

August 31, 2018  Deadline for registration & abstract submission, if you wish to give a contributed talk, or need an official letter for visa application.
* Applications for contributed talks will be screened.

September 14, 2018  Deadline for registration & abstract submission, if you are an invited speaker or wish to give a poster presentation.

November 2, 2018  Deadline for registration, for general audience who will not give a presentation. NB) Registration for the first two days (Nov. 12 and 13) was already closed due to the limited capacity of the conference hall.
